Translated from Korean, Tae Kwon Do means The Art of Hand and Foot Fighting and it has become one of the most popular martial arts in the world. The art is taught in a series of sessions which condition and prepare each student for the next level stressing the importance of harmony and balance between the mental and physical. We provide a disciplined, family-oriented atmosphere where each individual can reach their full potential. Sessions typically last eight weeks and conclude with promotional testing.
New students are welcome anytime. Comfortable clothing (ie. sweat pants and T-Shirt) is all that you need to get started. Kids as young as 6 may practice in our regular program while a parent is participating. Come meet new friends and find out what this Korean martial art can do for you!
